Crispy green and black olives — what it is and who it is for

Whole green and black olives, dried until crisp. Not olive-flavoured crisps and not a paste — the fruit itself, with the moisture gently removed. We dry them with the same process as our cheese: no frying and no freezing.
There is only one ingredient — olives, 100%. That makes it a vegan snack, and it suits keto: per 100 g, green olives have 3.4 g of carbohydrates and black olives 0 g.
Black olives — no oil, no brine and no preservatives, no refrigeration needed. Shelf life of both is 12 months.
Formats: a 14 g pack is one serving; the ShowBox case holds 25 packs of 14 g.

Are these real olives?

Yes — a whole olive with the moisture removed by the VacWave process. Not olive-flavoured crisps and not a paste: the fruit itself, only crisp.

Is it suitable for vegans and for keto?

Yes. It is a plant product with no sugar and no added oil, and almost no carbohydrates.

How long does it keep?

It depends on the format: 14 g and 28 g packs — 18 months, 20 g mixes and 500 g bags — 8 months, olives — 12 months; the exact date is on the label. Store dry at 0…+30 °C, no fridge needed. Once opened, eat within a couple of days — in open air the snack takes up moisture and smells and loses its crunch.
