This policy explains what data we receive when you use sneco.ua and buy from us, why we need it, who we share it with and how you can control it.
1. Who processes your data
The sneco.ua website belongs to the snEco brand. Your data is processed by one of two snEco companies, depending on where your order is delivered:
- Customers in Ukraine: Prime Snack LLC (ТОВ «Прайм Снек»), company code 40271201, Berehivska-Bichna St. 15, Mukachevo, 89600, Ukraine.
- Customers in other countries, including the EU: Sneco SK, s.r.o., IČO 56 285 876, Karpatská 1328/3, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia.
Both companies work together under the snEco brand: they jointly run the website, serve customers and fulfil orders. For any question about your data, write to [email protected] or call +380 97 307 9354.
2. What data we receive and why

3. On what basis
- Contract. Without your name, phone and address we cannot deliver your order.
- Law. We are required to keep accounting and tax records.
- Your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies, newsletters. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what was done before.
- Legitimate interest. Protecting the website against misuse, improving our service, messages about your orders. We do this within reasonable limits and with respect for your privacy.
4. E-mail
We use the e-mail address you provide when creating an account or placing an order to send transactional messages: order confirmation, payment and delivery information, sign-in details and password recovery.
We may also send other messages to this address related to your orders and our service, for example a reminder about an unfinished order or a request to rate your purchase. You can opt out of such non-transactional messages at any time by contacting us. To deliver e-mails we may use e-mail service providers that process your address for this purpose only.
5. Who we share data with
Only with those who help us fulfil orders and run the website, and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell your data.

6. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these services (including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Cloudflare and Resend) may process data in the USA or other countries outside the EU. Part of our team, accounting and warehouse operate in Ukraine. We only use services that apply safeguards recognised in the EU, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep data
- Orders, payments and accounting records: up to 10 years, as required by accounting and tax rules.
- Account: while it is active and up to 3 years after your last activity; then we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
- Enquiries and correspondence: up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Newsletter and marketing consents: until you withdraw them.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months.
- Server logs and backups: for the limited time needed for security and recovery, usually up to 12 months.
8. Your rights
You can:
- find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete data, except data we must keep by law;
- restrict processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a convenient machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent to cookies (the “Cookies” button on the website) and to newsletters at any time.
Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.
9. Cookies
Cookies are small files the website stores in your browser. Necessary cookies are always on: without them the cart, sign-in and saving your choices do not work. For visitors from the EU, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only after you consent. For visitors from other countries they are on by default. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of the page.

10. Analytics and advertising
Microsoft Clarity
Shows how visitors use the website: page views, clicks, scrolling, technical errors and session recordings. Input fields and checkout data are masked and not sent to Clarity. Processing follows the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Analytics 4
Receives technical and behavioural events about website use and purchases: pages, products, amount, currency and order number. We use this data for statistics and to evaluate advertising channels.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Meta may receive product view, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase events. To measure advertising, products, amount, currency, order number, technical browser data, advertising identifiers and hashed (SHA-256) contact details entered at checkout may be transmitted.
11. Children
The website is not intended for persons under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We transmit data only over secure connections (HTTPS), limit access to staff who need it for their work, and make regular backups.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
