What snEco is
- snEco is a Ukrainian brand of crunchy snacks made from natural cheese. We also make cheese and nut mixes and crunchy green and black olives.
- The cheese snacks are simply cheese, dried until crunchy: no oil, no frying, no preservatives and no added sugar.
- No refrigeration needed: they keep at temperatures from 0 to +30 °C.
Technology
- Our own microwave vacuum drying technology, VacWave Bio Nutrition: the cheese is dried at 36–38 °C.
- The technology is protected by Ukrainian patent No. 139035.

Protein: 31 to 60 g per 100 g in the pure cheese snacks (for example, Gouda 28 g: 48 g of protein per 100 g).
Production and quality

- Ukraine: FSSC 22000 food safety certification.
- Slovakia: IFS Food v8 audit passed in February 2026.

Dried cheese: short answers
What is dried cheese?
Natural hard cheese with the water taken out. It becomes light and crunchy, keeps without a fridge, and keeps the protein and taste of the cheese. In snEco snacks the only ingredient is cheese.
How is it made?
By microwave vacuum drying at 36–38 °C. In a vacuum, water boils at a low temperature: steam leaves each piece from the inside and puffs it up, so the cheese turns porous and crunchy. No oil, no frying and no baking.
How is it different from other “cheese snacks”?
Corn puffs “with cheese flavour” are corn, oil and flavourings. Oven-baked cheese crisps are melted cheese with the fat rendered out. Dried cheese is the cheese itself: about 70 g of cheese goes into one 28 g pack.
How much protein does it have?
31 to 60 g of protein per 100 g in the pure cheese snacks, depending on the cheese.
Does it need a fridge?
No. Sealed 14 g and 28 g packs keep for 18 months at 0 to +30 °C. Once opened, the snack absorbs moisture from the air, so eat it soon or close the pack tightly.
