Where dried cheese works in your venue

Snack for beer and wine

A bowl of smoked Sulguni or cheddar with craft beer, Primaggio and mozzarella with wine. Cost of a 30 g serving: from approx. €2 at the 500 g retail price, less at the wholesale price.

A cheese board without a knife

Four flavours on a board with honey and nuts. Doesn’t sweat under the lamp, doesn’t dry out, needs no slicing — and doesn’t get written off the next day.

An ingredient in dishes

Instead of croutons in a Caesar, a topping for cream soup, a “crunchy parmesan” for pasta and risotto. Added at the last moment before serving.

Minibar and over-the-bar sales

28 g packs in a branded showbox of 15: a high-margin “to-go” item by the till and in hotel rooms.

Catering and events

A table for 100 guests — 3–4 500 g packs of different flavours in bowls. No fridge or buffet tableware needed.

Coffee shops and coworking spaces

14 g mini packs and 20 g cheese + nut mixes in a showbox of 25 — a protein snack with coffee instead of a croissant.

500 g for venues

500 g flavours and what they’re for in the kitchen

  • Smoked Sulguni — smoky sticks: with dark beer, in cream soup instead of bacon.
  • Cheddar — the most popular beer snack; a burger topping and a sharing-board addition.
  • Gouda — an all-rounder: with lager, in salads, for kids in family venues.
  • Mozzarella — with white wine, in a caprese salad instead of fresh, on pizza after baking.
  • Primaggio — “crunchy parmesan”: pasta, risotto, Caesar, sparkling wine.
  • Smoked Emmental — with whisky and craft beer, on a cheese board.
  • SUPERFOOD — 60 g of protein per 100 g: fitness bars, sports clubs, healthy cafés.
  • Blue Royale — a blue cheese for wine bars and dessert pairings.

Questions from venues

How many servings are in a 500 g pack?
About 16 servings of 30 g — equivalent to roughly 70 g of fresh cheese per serving in cheese content.
How long does an opened 500 g pack keep?
Unopened — 8 months at 0…+30 °C. After opening, close the bag tightly or transfer the cheese to an airtight container — it stays crunchy for several days; its main enemy is moisture.
Can dried cheese be used in hot dishes?
Yes, but add it at the last moment before serving — on cream soup, pasta, risotto, pizza after baking. In a boiling dish it will go soft.
Is there a format for selling over the bar?
Yes — 28 g packs in a branded showbox of 15 and 14 g mini packs in a showbox of 25: a high-margin item for the till, minibar and rooms.
What documents do venues get?
A specification for each flavour, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP certificates, declarations. We send them together with the price list.
What’s the HoReCa price?
Wholesale, below the retail price of approx. €33–61 per 500 g. We send the price list on request via the partnership form within one business day.
